Group Play Therapy

Group play therapy is a form of play therapy that utilises play as a medium to help small groups children express their feelings, develop coping skills, and address a shared emotional or behavioural issue.

Group Session are used to support :

  • Anxiety

  • School Transitions

  • Challenges with friendships

  • Learning Differences

​

Groups are formed of up to 4 children of a similar age and run for 10 -12 weeks depending on the groups need.
